Community College, Darb neighbourhood, Dhamar. Originally used as a community college for study, the Houthi militia used this building as a prison since 2016, naming it the North Prison. Recently, the Houthi militia transferred a number of war prisoners who were negotiated with the legitimate government in accordance with the prisoner and detainees exchange agreement, transferring also some weapons with them. A number of meetings were held there by supervising Houthi leaders. On its behalf, the Arab coalition which supports the legitimate Yemeni government bombed the building, causing the death of over 100 detainees and prisoners and the injury of a large number of others
