Community Engagement Activities

In a region with a long history of little or no civic participation, it is crucial that the political transition following the 2011 Arab revolutions engage communities in pursuit of accountability and encourage dialogue centered around the voices of victims.

The International Coalition of Sites of Conscience  in the Middle East and North Africa has designed activities to mobilize groups, in order to activate the Middle East and North Africa map and serve as a catalyst that accelerates the involvement of groups in issues related to truth, accountability and reparations for victims.
