Dhamar point

The Houthi militias established a checkpoint and customs at this site not for security check but rather to inspect all passengers and goods coming through it, where people traveling through this checkpoint into or out of Dhamar Governorate are blackmailed and forced to pay large sums of money. On top of that, the people passing through the checkpoint are insulted and humiliated and held in place for days until instructions from the Houthi leadership arrive to allow them to go ahead. The location is not quite accurate on the map, but the site is on the same road, near the government complex—the General Authority for Lands.
